Lawerence N. Grant, CPCU, CLU, CIC   Chairman Larry founded the Independent Insurance Center in 1973. He became one of the first insurance professionals in the country to get his CIC professional certification when the program was first offered. An avid golfer and photographer, Larry enjoys solving client problems through properly designed products that meet the client's budget. He is very active in the local community and serves as Chairman of a local community bank. In addition to sales and management of the agency, David is in charge of the company's vast technological resources. He enjoys helping customers avoid potential exposure problems by providing the coverage to protect them. David also enjoys spending time with his children, golf and hiking. She is also a licensed property/casualty agent and has completed a number of IIA courses. Mary enjoys knowing that the agency's clients are being served by dedicated and knowledgeable agents and watching the family business grow into one of the premier agencies in Virginia. She is a divorced mother of one and lives in Winchester, VA. As new business placer, she works with the agency's producers to obtain new business quotes and request issuance of policies, through company underwriters and via the internet. As technical support assistant, Terrianne works to maintain the agency's computer systems and databases, keeping them running and up-to-date.
